There’s a story we learned as young girls and boys, and it goes something like this:
“She’s about to get her period”
“She’ll get over it; it’s just PMS”
“Are you really mad or is it just that time of the month?”
And that story is so freaking toxic to everyone, but especially for those of us with PMDD.
That story is what I lived out for 8 years with my ex, and I’m sharing how I broke free from it and finally realized it was the relationship, not my PMDD.
In this first episode, you’ll learn the 3 core questions to start asking, so you can reconnect with yourself and your truth.
Then, stay tuned for part 2 and part 3, where we’ll talk about relationship red flags + connecting to your intuition.
There’s a handout for this one, friends, so if you’re joining us from Apple or Spotify, head to the link below to get your free handout via Substack (no subscription required). ⬇️⬇️
